PRIVACY:

Your personal contact details are required to schedule appointments using our online booking system. This information is an essential part of the medico-legal information we are required to keep and forms an important part of your clinical records.

CANCELLATION:

The treatments provided by Dr. Mick Cornish at Orange Chiro are in strong demand. Online appointment booking is a convenient way for you to choose a time and day that fits into your busy schedule.

When you book an appointment with us, we fully commit to being here for you at that time.

We ask the same of you.

Orange Chiro cancellation policy

All cancellations are to be made with a minimum of 2 hours notice before your appointment start time. Courtesy cancellations also creates appointment availability for people requiring urgent care.

You can notify us of your cancellation by;

- clicking on the cancellation link on your appointment confirmation email

- responding to the SMS appointment reminder for the appointment you wish to cancel

Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will incur a charge equal to the fee associated with that particular appointment. The same policy applies should you fail to arrive your scheduled appointment.

Health fund rebates cannot be applied to any fees associated with missed or cancelled appointments.
